<p>So everyone I've talked to says that UIllinois Urbana gives out very few merit scholarships. I really want to go there for Computer Science since they have the 5th best computer science in the nation according to some sources (i forgot which ones). Anyway, I was wondering if anyone know to who they give out merit scholarships and what my chances to get one are. I dont mean like 1k or 2k a year but a bit more like half or more. Here are my "stats"</p>

ACT: 34 (with 36 in science and math)
National Merit Commended (although I forgot to mention this on the application)
Born in Romania (although this probably doesnt affect anything)</p>
