<p>Hi, I'm an out of state student in engineering. Does anyone know any scholarships that I can apply for my second year? Are most scholarships only "apply"-able in your first year? :/ Thanks!</p>

<p>But honestly, Berkeley isn’t known for its scholarships at all. Even the prestigious Regents scholarship gives very little compared to scholarships at private schools.</p>
<p>I meant outside scholarships that are not directly sponsored/related to Berkeley? haha I think those are usually for all four years but I was wondering if there are any you can apply to your second year. Sorry for the confusion.</p>
