Scholarships, Special Programs, and Admissions Decisions

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I was wondering if the information for scholarships and programs such as Honors or CP Scholars would come out as the same time as admissions decisions? I applied to a similar large state school and all the information came separately (I was admitted, about a month later I received Honors acceptance, and then two weeks after that I received scholarship information) and I was wondering if I should expect the same from Maryland. Also, for those who applied EA by Nov. 1, we should expect to hear back by the end of this month/beginning of February, correct? </p>

<p>I received a “welcome” e-mail on Jan.30th of last year. This was followed shortly by regular mail which also included a welcome to the Honors College. On Feb. 11 I received notification of a B/K interview. Other merit awards seemed to trickle in after that date, but B/K appears to be very early. (since the interviews must be scheduled)</p>
