just got 5000 per year :)

congrats eeemillee =)

does the scholarship apply if ur an OOS prospective pharmacy major? Can it be combined with any financial aid one has?

it is harder to get a scholarship oos, i think, because the state provides most of the funding for them. however, it is still possible to get one oos. scholarships can be combined with financial aid. however, scholarships reduce the amount of financial aid ppl qualify for.

for presidential, you need to have 1500 or over on old sat plus be in top 5 %
so if i had only scored 50 points higher...

I just got 5000 per year.

I got 5000 a year too

Will attending the Honors school of arts and sciences possibly bring a higher merit award offer, even for out of state students. COA is pushing 30K for my son (Penna). He received an invitation to attend the honors school (he didn't apply for it, they just offered it to him). We are getting antsy waiting for the financial aid info to come.

Enrollment in the honors program will have no effect on the scholarship award. I'm pretty sure out of state students are offered less money than in-state students, but wait and see, I suppose.
