<p>No, I didn't fill out a FAFSA last year and I got Regents, and I was notified through PAN. If you got a merit-based scholorship, it will show up no matter what. You can't qualify for other scholarships, ie. the ones that include financial need in the qualifications, if you didn't fill out a FAFSA. If you got a scholarship at all, I'm pretty sure it would say in the PAN.</p>
