School doesn't weight GPA

I have a 3.86 UW GPA which will be borderline for top 10%. But if it were weighted I would be comfortably in the top 5% (because I'm in all of the hardest classes). Will colleges see things this way, or will they see me as someone struggling to stay in the top 10%?

Well, if your school's ranking goes with the UW GPA I personally don't think there is any way the colleges will be able to find out your true Weighted ranking. Because then, they will have to research your school and the students there and recalculate and then finally get where you really stand. I don't think they'll do that.

Will they at least consider it alittle bit? We have around 600 people, if i'm like 65 will they count me as top 10%?

I highly doubt it.

Ask your advisor to mention it in his/her recommendation but don't come of as obnoxious or your recommendation will reflect that.

My school doesn't rank by weighted gpas...which of course mean that kids getting 100s in CP classes are valedic/salut. I would be 3rd with weighted gpa, so I had my counselor write that in the application (I mean, I'm 6th as it is, so it wasn't as big a jump as yours would be). I dunno if it helped or not, but it certainly can't hurt.
