<p>Where do I get my school forms on the Common App??</p>
<p>I know this sounds so stupid, but I go to the School Forms tab on the Common app website, select a school, look under my counselor, and it simply lists "school report, optional report, midyear report, and final report." There's nowhere to actually CLICK and get any of these. I've been told that I'm responsible for obtaining hard copies of these forms and giving them to my counselor, so I need to print them from the common app. Is this wrong? Does my counselor have to fill them out online?!?</p>
<p>Any help would be awesome! I can't figure this dang thing out, and I need to ASAP because my first app is due Nov 1 and I have yet to send anything in!!</p>
<p>I’m not sure I completely understand your query… But if you can’t click on the school report/midyear reports/etc., that might be because you opted out. You would have been asked to waive your rights to view the documents and if you ticked the box, you won’t be able to see the them. </p>
<p>Have you already selected a counselor? If the counselor chooses to do the application online, there is no need to provide hardcopies. If your counselor prefers to do it on paper, then you might have to print out the forms for him/her.</p>
<p>If you want forms filled in with your info, after you login to the common app, on the left is “school forms”. Make sure you have added schools first, and then added teachers to the school application. The proper form will be available under each person’s (counselor, teacher, etc.) name.</p>
