Schools for Advertising/Marketing for a "Average" Student?

I'm looking for schools that have a good bussiness program selection. i'm interested in marketing, advertising, business communications and public relations. Somewhere on the East Coast, but im not limited. I am an average student, so im looking for a college that would want me. I have a 3.0 GPA, 21 on ACT and plan on taking them again as well as SAT. i am in many clubs and do a lot of community service.

Susquehanna University

Go to a state school and major in Communication.

Among the private schools, these would be worth looking into:
Hofstra, Susquehanna, Bryant, Roger Williams, Suffolk U, Quinnipiac (reach), Manhattan College, Pace, Queens University of Charlotte, Western New England College, Drexel (might be a reach), Fairleigh Dickinson, Rider, Ithaca (reach)

Also look and see if the majors you are interested in is offered at Sacred Heart and U of Hartford.

OOPS, I think on another thread OP wanted to be near a city, but he/she would have to confirm that.

Maybe St. Josephs and Temple both in Philly. Seton Hall (NJ) and George Mason (DC area) might be worth a look too. Best of luck!
