<p>I'm looking for some suggestions for schools on the east coast with a business/fashion merchandising program. Preferably not an art/design school, but a more traditional college. my daughter may be looking to double major in a foriegn language as well, so she would want a school with a wide variety of programs.</p>

<p>I don’t know much about its reputation outside of Virginia, but VCU (Virginia Commonwealth) is well-known in VA for having an excellent fashion program.</p>

<p>Doing a collegeboard search on “college matchmaker” should provide a list.
If your daughter is a top student, I personally wouldn’t revolve the list based on the interest in fashion merchandising. You can receive that education at any local community college on the side during the summers or what have you.</p>
