Schools similar to U Pitt?

<p>I really like universities such as U Pitt, UNC, Tulane (not so sure about New Orleans but I got in), UF (safety since I live in Gainesville), UVA, Wash-U, etc....</p>

<p>Coming from an IB program I want to go to a decent pre-med program, but I do not want to go to an extremely competitive school. I just don't want to deal with that atmosphere...so UVA, Wash-U, and definently UPenn might be deleted from my list.</p>

<p>So I am aiming for around 8000 undergrad students, maybe more maybe less. What are other schools you think I would like?</p>

<p>I’ve heard at WashU the pre-med is especially competitve (keep in mind pre-med will be competitive EVERYWHERE). However, when I visited campus even the pre-med students swore to me that it was not nearly as bad as it was hyped up to be. You might like GW or Boston University.</p>
