My counselor sent my transcripts/scores to all 10 of my applied schools. I've recieved 3 acceptances and one other school also says my application status is complete. However, the remaining 6 schools still say they are missing JUST my SAT/ACT scores. As for University of Pennsylvania's website, it says they'll email me if any documents are missing, but I haven't recieved an email saying they are missing my scores. Could all 6 possibly still be processing my score report? Advice please?

If your counselor sent the scores, it may be that the schools have a policy regarding official score reports. Some schools (especially selective ones like UPenn), will only accept score reports that are sent directly from the testing agency (the ones you have to pay for), instead of reports from the counselor.

Most likely, yes, they still haven’t processed them. Colby, for example, hasn’t processed my SAT scores, even though they should’ve received them well before I even submitted an app.

You say your counselor sent scores. All that indicates is that they were included on your transcript. Some colleges accept that. However, majority, including Penn, require you to send official scores meaning you need to order them sent by College Board for SAT and ACT.org for ACT, the testing agencies. If you have not done that yet for colleges that require official scores you better do it immediately. Note Penn, which even accepts Jan test scores, will not send that email about missing scores until Feb but you still need to order scores sent by CB or ACT.
