Is there a list of schools that show available money that comes from grants\other forms of non-merit based aid?

If so, how low does your EFC have to be to have most of the expenses paid for? I ask because there's not much scholarship available for transfer students.

Thanks in advance.

Your EFC would have to be 0...but there is no guarantee that everything would be paid for. I was going to transfer to a private university that cost almost 30k and my EFC was only a little over 3k, all I was offered was a little grant and all loans that didn't even come close to covering a full year.

There is a list at US News that lists the average debt for each school. There is also a list that you can find on Google that lists all the colleges that cover everything.

Yeah it does suck that there are really no scholarships for transfer students. I guess they get you for taking the cheaper option to recuperate their costs would you have gone there freshman year. There is also a web site that has a list of schools that offer close to full rides for transfer students.
