Schools that offer Environmental Engineering...not lumped with Civil Engineering?

<p>I would like to find a school that offers Environmental Engineering. However, most schools only offer programs in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Are there schools that offer Environmental Engineering as its own program, or should I give up my search? If there are schools that offer my preferred major, which ones have the best programs?</p>

<p>I will consider all suggestions, but here are some of my preferences:
-located in the Midwest
-not in a large city
-co-ed</p>

<p>My stats include:
ACT: 27
GPA: 4.0
Class Rank: 3 of 117
High School courses: Very rigorous college prep (including AP and Honors courses)</p>

<p>Most Environmental Engineering programs are part of a larger Civil Engineering department. Try to improve your ACT and check oout schools like Michigan, Northwestern and the UIUC.</p>

<p>The only ones that I know of that offer only environmental engineering are UConn and Yale. Most schools combine it with civil engineering.</p>
