found a site: Free College Applications
this will do it.

here’s the link: [Free College Applications](Free College Applications)

Lewis and Clark

You mean schools with free applications? I’ve found almost every college around will waive application fees if you can prove your low income.

Simmons, Hampshire and Smith have application fee if one applies on-line.

According to the brochure from Colby I just received, they’ll waive it if you apply online.

There are so many these days. Some will waive the app fee after you visit, some will waive the app fee if you visit. Some will waive the fee if you sign-up for their e-mail/facebook/social network, some send notices of free apps via snail mail. Som will waive it if you apply EA. Just keep watching your target colleges, connect with them , read what they send you and see what happens. Might take alittle effort but if you are thinking about sending an application then theoretically you are reading/connecting and all that good stuff. Even if you have to pay a couple app fees it’s a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of college and as someone posted if your family is low income you might be able to get waivers.
