SEAS Recommendation Problem

I didn't realize that SEAS required that one of the teacher recs be from a math teacher. I completely overlooked it while doing all my other applications, and so I gave it to my biology teacher. What should I do?

Would it be better to:

a. ask a math teacher for a third rec

b. send a letter telling them to switch me to Columbia College

c. don't do anything, and hope that they will overlook that since I do a lot of math competitions, math extracuriculars, started a math team, some medium level math awards, Siemens Westinghouse semifinalist with math research, straight A+s in all math classes since 9th grade, math dept award every year, A in Harvard's SSP multivariable calculus course

In any case, I'm pretty sure that I'm screwed.

wow, that's a tough situation, all those choices sound ok, i guess, although i think it's too late to send in reference forms...anyways, keep us posted about what happens

Give them a call and ask if you may substitute another rec for the math one

i acted a little bit late and i didn't know SEAs wants additional recos. too. so now i have to apply to columbia college. tell them u wana switch. i guess
