<p>Travel seems like it’s going to be fairly confusing for me, though. I’ve got to go interview for a USC scholarship as well, so I’m thinking of doing THAT right before I get to CMC. Ideally, it should end at 1, so my Dad and I’ll have enough time to drive to CMC. But, argh, both CMC and USC have their own travel providers and gah, I hate booking plane tickets…</p>

<p>hahahaha…well because I have a friend who was nominated last year and ended up getting rejected from CMC…although given that a) he didn’t go to interview, and b) he pretty much told them he was going to Stanford…it’s probably a special circumstance.</p>
<p>Back in the day (15 years ago), McKenna Scholar weekend attendees were generally a definite admit. Also, well over 1/2 the attendees were awarded the scholarship. It was a fun weekend! Enjoy it…</p>
