Hi I am attending a public school which currently offers only a couple AP classes, therefore I thought that it would be in my best interest to self study those that I could not take at my school. I am currently self studying Bio, world, gov.t, and will take the ap test for chem because I am in AS right now. How much time should I spent nightly on studying for each class?
Thanks

I think you should use your time to self study how to have a life.

^^Lol 10char

In all seriousness, just spend as much time as needed to cover each subject.

It would depend on what subjects you’re studying. Typically, however, most would recommend an hour a day (maybe a couple extra during weekends or breaks) reading and taking notes.

If you had a life you wouldn’t be on this website =)

Bio - at least 180 hours total
Government (assuming U.S.) - if you have previous exposure, about 50 hours total
World - funny story, I studied for 5 hours for this test and hadn’t studied world history for like 7 years (5th grade) and I ended up being one of 3 people to pass this exam at my high school. Use your best judgement :-)

** Notice I give total hours because I like taking a week and studying for the ENTIRE week on a single topic.

Background: Last year I took 15 AP exams self-studied and I earned 80 some credits, currently hold a B.S. degree, have been accepted into a Master’s program for next year and am still in high school =)

Best of luck!

^Wow how did you do that? o_O What college did you get your B.S. degree from, and what Master’s? And you’re still in high school?

BS in this case means Bulls#@!

^^^^ well said

Lol, classic.
