Self-studying AP Human Geo/AP Psych?

So I'm a sophomore, coming from a STEM school that doesn't offer APs, only honors. I'm self-studying AP Bio (800 on Bio SAT) this year, probably SAT 2 Physics/Math Level 2 later.
I was thinking of self-studying AP human geo this year and then AP Psych next year, since i'm interested in the social sciences and it would show some self-motivation or whatever.

Is self-studying AP HG a good idea? I've heard that it's relatively simple and easy, and looking at the questions, it doesn't seem to be too bad. And how is studying for AP Psych?

Both are very easy to self-study for. Reading a prep-book (Barron’s is good for both) should get you a 5. I’d also read some current events periodically throughout the year for human geography.

Self-study HG! I just looked at the Barron’s prep book for HG and it seems interesting and rather easy.

there’s AP Human Geography?
that sounds fun! i’d love to take that
too bad im a senior

id recommend 5 steps to a 5 for AP Psych.

I got my Barron’s psych book and it’s relatively thin compared to the rest of the other APs. You should get Barron’s!

AP Human Geography and AP Psych are two of the easier exams to self-study.
