I heard that in the past, you only had to pay one fee for AP Micro/Macro Economics. Is this still true?

Also, is it too late to start self-studying for AP Economics? If not, any advice on self-studying would be greatly appreciated! (Such as, how many hours/night or hours/week do you recommend studying?)

I haven’t registed yet but will in the upcoming weeks. I have Barrons, PR, 5 Steps, and Principles of Economics. I’m doing quick revision of textbook and then using the prepbooks. 5 steps is the best prepbook in my opinion. I would recomen putting ing 4 hours a week and more closer to the exam.

I prefer not to quantify studying by hour, but it’s not too late to self-study Econ. Supposedly, some people here don’t even start until a week before the exam and still manage to get a 4 or 5.

I’ve taken micro so far, and the main advice I can give you is to know ALL the graphs. They hit hard on perfect competition, monopoly, and monopolistic competition graphs. Also know the characteristics of these three plus oligopoly. Also know the resource market and graphs in that market. Once you start getting into the meat of the course you will understand.
