Self-Studying AP World History = WH SAT II?

I'm self-studying AP World History (with AP Euro as well) this year. Would using AP World History from Barron's to self-study along with all my knowledge from a pretty interesting and intensive honor's world history class from last year be enough to tackle the SAT II for World History?

Can anyone elaborate on the SAT II's question 'types'? Like is the test detail and specific date oriented, or does it require a general knowledge of the subject? I would think Barron's AP not SAT II would be enough for the SAT II, right?

I've heard the SAT II is a lot easier than the AP test, but still curious. Perhaps anyone with personal insight with the whole deal? Aiming for a 750+ (WH is one of my favorite subjects honestly).

Thanks again.

This seems sufficient, at first I was going to recommend you look at european history as well, but since you are studying both this seems sufficient! While the Sat 2 is easier than the AP exam, I suggest you still look at an SAT 2 book or two for the WH exam, as the questions are different, and I know the year I took it, the exam focused much more on 20th century history than I was prepared for.The questions will vary, but as I remember most were detail oriented; however it was details that you would have come across while studying/preparing for a 5 on the AP. Good luck!
