Self-Studying for Chem

I plan on applying ED to Cornell Engineering, but I have to take a Science SAT 2. I already Plan on taking Math 2, not too worried abou Math as I took it halfway through precalc last year with no prep and got 700. I know with some prep that will go up

I took Honors Chem in the fall of 2009, but I didn't take the subject test in December (I should have, I'm kicking myself) because I didn't realize that some schools require Subject Test even if I send in my ACT score (which is pretty good).

I'm taking AP Physics B this fall and I have to take the SAT 2 in October.

My question: should I continue to self study for Chem with my Barron's book, or should I prep to take the Physics test even though I will only be halfway through with the class at the time of the test date? I'm about 100 pages in with the Chem review book and I feel like I'm going to get my a** kicked on the test because I've forgotten just about everything and didn't really get a good grade in Chem anyways (B).

Also, any tips to make self-studying out of a book productive?

Thanks

Stick with what you’ve been studying and take Chem. Also, Barron’s has chapter summary at the end of each section. Google the terms presented in the chapter summaries and briefly go over the definitions.

chem is good just use pr or barrons

Read PR and take its practice tests. If you have time, go over other books and tests. Make sure you take the official released test.

thanks for the advice, i had actually been skipping those terms, but going over them has been helping
