I've decided I want to self-study for 4-5 tests, in order to earn some credit towards my core requirements at universities (and thus make college more affordable). Anyhow, I'm looking for suggestions on which ones are the easiest to study and then what methods/books I should purchase in order to prepare for them.

I've taken APUSH already, and will be taking AP English Lit, AP American Gov, and AP Psychology this year.

Right now I'm considering AP World History and AP Environmental Science. Other tests I was considering (Though I haven't decided yet) are Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, European History, Comp Government and Politics (I'm taking AP American Gov now), Human Geography, and Spanish Language.

if you actually want college credit, then don't take human geo., comp. gov't, or any of the other easy ones. b/c most colleges don't give credit for them

Err - I don't understand what you mean. I've looked at most college websites, and with the exception of the top tier, they seem to accept most AP tests, so long as you achieve a certain score or above.

macroeconomics easy to study?
i hav taken AP csc and its a killer...so i don recommend that
any suggestions towards studying it are highly appreciated

I'm going to be self studying Psychology, and I'm taking Economics right now, and it's very easy to understand once you get it. We're only on Micro right now, so I can't say anything about Macro.

Well, I've taken a regular economics class and it seems that I have a natural aptitude towards business applications/practices. Plus if I do poorly on it, I haven't really lost anything except $80 and a few hours of my time.
