Send scores?

So I’ve taken my first SAT (1340/1600, not too bad) and am wondering if I should send scores out?

This is specifically because I want to show some colleges (that I’d personally consider a slight reach) that I’m interested early, but im not sure if I send scores that may be slightly below average if that would affect consideration later down the line or something.

Would anyone happen to know, or maybe have some suggestions? Thanks!

All schools will take your highest score so don’t worry about sending.

If you are going to retake anyway, I will save the money from the report of the first attempt unless it is free. There are many ways to demonstrate interest if that is the purpose.
