I’m a transfer applicant for Stanford University and I just sent in all of my SAT test scores. But I did NOT include my SAT Subject Test scores (they were abysmal).
I’ve done some research, and they look at these two things separately as the SAT Subject Tests are completely optional. But the SAT receipt said “The college will see SOME scores” so it freaked me out if the admission officers read that they’ll think I’m hiding another score. Am I good on this?
To my knowledge, collegeboard does not report you only sent some of your scores even if you do only report some - and not all - of your scores. I’m not sure how true this, but the way colleges usually catch students doing this is by communicating with other schools and making sure they all got the same info.
I would suggest you stop deluding yourself about having any chance to get into Stanford as a transfer student, regardless of your high school test scores. Last year, 2234 people applied for transfer admission. Only 31 were admitted and 27 enrolled. Take away scholarship athletes who transfer into Stanford and military veterans, you are left with a handful of students. https://news.stanford.edu/2017/11/01/small-mighty-cohort-transfer-students-joins-stanford-community/
