I know that this question has been asked before in one form or another but I haven’t been able to find anything that fits my particular situation. I am a Sophomore at my local community college and have been preparing to submit transfer applications for the fall next year. While looking over different schools’ transfer pages I noticed that I must submit all transcripts from previous colleges or universities. It’s not that I don’t want to submit all of my transcripts, rather, I wanted to know if I have to. I have been going to my current school for the past two years but before I started studying there I almost attended a community college in a different state. I was planning on moving to Maryland to live with my sister so I had registered and payed for classes. Circumstances being what they were, I ended up dropping all the classes for a refund and moving back home. I never actually attended any classes at the school and as a result my transcript would be entirely blank. Is it necessary to submit this to schools that I am applying to?
If you dropped out in the full refund period there is nothing to submit.
You need to find out if that place generated a transcript for you. If it did, and you have a full set of Ws recorded, then yes you need to send that transcript. Contact the records office there, and ask.
