<p>Why are you using courier? It does say postmarked by Jan 2</p>
<p>well...postal service in my country isn't that reliable. last month a postman was sentenced to 5 years jail, because he was found guilty of dumping nearly 22 000 postal documents, including registered letters, parcels and courier letters at a nearby cemetery. Some dated back to 1998.</p>
<p>i didn't want to take any chances. so i'm using fedex.</p>
