Street address for express delivery...

Is there a street address for the admissions office that I can use for express delivery?

Thanks..

Oh, and is it too late for deferred applicants to send in supplementary material?

Well, they say "should be sent by the end of january".

I don't know where you live, but I sent mine with "normal" airmail thus no express delivery or something and I am pretty sure that it will arrive the next few days. Thus, if you live in the US, yours could arrive earlier than mine and I think they don't distinguish much.

This probably does not help, but the earlier, the better. What can you lose: In the worst case, they don't accept it, in the best case, they take it. It's optional, so I am quite positive you will be fine. Just don't lose many more days...

i live in india.. and normal mail takes 10 solid days...

i'm looking for a street address- can anybody help me with this?

can I fax the letter otherwise?

Admission Office
Princeton University
Box 430
Princeton, NJ 08542-0430 USA

Tel 609-258-3060
Fax 609-258-6743

thanks for your effort gettingin1, but what I am looking for is a street address, not a PO Box one.

call the number and ask for one ?!

go into your application status check and it gives a street address

yes you can fax.

The number is country code (for me 001) plus 609-258-6743

Thought you wanted to send in something like a cd or so...

However, you better attach a letter with a brief explanation (if there is none, don't give extra attention to it. Just say something like "In the knowledge of the passed deadline, I hope that you still consider my supplement in your admission process but totally understand if this should not be the case. I worked hard to meet the deadline, however, I was not satisfied with my essay until today.

Thank you ....

Something like this. Don't do whining or stuff like that. They don't want to hear lame excuses but you should show yourself as responsible. You might want not to draw attention to it, however, it might be thrown into the bin right away.

I can't tell you, but I'd do the letter stuff - just me though. Definitely fax it, because even if you deliver it fastly, it will take a few days. The fax is there within a minute !

Dave

thanks for that... i'm hoping they will accept supplementary material because i read somewhere that apps are not read till 28th...

one more question- are deferred applicants treated exactly the same way as regualr applicants? do their apps undergo the entire process again?

no I think that deferred applicants are flagged (favorably) because they showed such interest in the school.

I spoke to an admissions officer early Feb. She said that the deadline for deferred material is by the end of Feb

I haven't found it there... there is just the status that says application complete...

Why not send by speed post or private courier? It might cost a bit (speed post is inexpensive, courier is costly), but it would be worth it if your application improved significantly as a result of the new material!

the private courier wouldnt dceliver to a PO Box address... which is why I am looking for a street address

and speed post would take over 10 days... which is too late...
