I wanted to take the GRE on December 31st to make a January 15 deadline. But I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not. That's exactly 15 days to get them to my school.

When they say, scores will be submitted in 10 to 15 days...does that mean they will mail the scores in 10 to 15 days or that the school will receive the scores in 10 to 15 days? Do they e-mail or mail the schools the scores? Does the 10 to 15 days include weekends/holidays or business days only? Are the GRE people reliable? Or should I leave more room for error?

Also, like the SATs, does the GRE give you an option of paying more to send your scores to schools faster?

I really want to take the GREs as late as possible so that I more time to study. I don't mind paying an extra fee to

Thanks.
