Sending in App earlier vs. Waiting to retake the ACT

<p>Okay, I would really like to apply early to Ohio State, but I need to get my ACT up (I have a 26) and am retaking September 21.
Do you suggest applying early anyway with this ACT and sending my new scores in after I take the test, or waiting until after the test and receiving my scores to apply??
Please help!!</p>

<p>What’s the early application deadline, November 1st? If so, you have plenty of time to get your scores back and then apply before the deadline.</p>

<p>There is no advantage to submitting your application in August or September. Definitely wait.</p>
