Sending SAT score reports: Which is faster--sending with registration, or rushing?

I'm applying ED to Penn, but I'm taking SAT subject tests in October and November.

The school website claims that, "Early Decision candidates who opt for November examinations must rush their test scores to us."

The CollegeBoard website, though, says that "[s]ending scores with your registration is the fastest way to send scores to colleges and scholarship programs."

Should I wait until after I've taken the exam to rush my scores (it isn't an option before I've taken the exam), or should I send the scores with my registration?

The November exam, by the way, is not one required for admission. (The Huntsman program that I'm applying to requires a foreign language SAT II--I've already taken Chinese--and Math Level II--which I'll take in October.)

Thank you.

with the registration is definitely faster. the school may get your grade earlier than you do by a day or two.
