Sending Scores to Colleges

I’m sorry if this is in the wrong forum, this is my first post and I’m not sure if this is the best one…Please let me know if I can place it somewhere better

  1. I’m currently a high school senior. I took a good number of AP tests so far, but I didn’t do as well on AP Physics as I’d hoped. It’s far too late to cancel the score, but I don’t want to send it to colleges… Is there any way to do this? I would like to send all but that score.

  2. For most/all colleges must I have the Collegeboard/AP send the scores directly to them?

  3. If I’m taking an SAT II in October and November, would it be too late to wait until I received the results and then sent the scores to colleges? Is the only timely option to send the scores directly?

Thank you very much.

AP scores are not used for admission purposes so you do not need to send your AP scores till the end of your Senior year and only to the school you will eventually be attending. So basically, you will be accepted and enrolled into your choice school before they ever see your AP scores.

SAT II scores can be sent after you take them in October/November as long as you meet the school deadline and they need to come from CB directly.
