Sending Subject Tests to schools that don't require them

One of the colleges I applied to, University of Southern California, says on their website about Subject Tests: "We find them helpful in evaluating applications for merit scholarships."

I was wondering if it would be worth it to send my Subject Test scores to colleges that don't require them. I got a 690 on Math II and a 640 on Biology-E. The schools I applied to that don't require the tests: USC, Occidental College, Vanderbilt, Northwestern.

I'm also wondering if submitting those scores could possibly hurt my chances at admission.

Sorry to be a nuisance - bump?

Though they don’t require them, all four of those recommend them so yes they can help; your scores are OK although not stellar, but generally those schools will consider them only if they believe they help you so sending is advised.

You might want to not submit those.
