Sending Trascripts to UCLA by June 1st (really ? or July 15 is fine?)

do we need to send ucla transcripts (up to fall 08) by june 1st, or can we just send all our grades/trancripts by july 15?

also, what about high school transcript/grades?

just do it. transcripts shouldn’t be noncommital, or at least it does’t seem like UCLA is expecting that you sir with it

oops I meant should be noncommittal.

read this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/uc-transfers/716303-sending-transcripts-ucla.html

it does specify that they want your transcripts with up to fall 08 on them by June 1st and a final transcript by July. With that, I would just send the transcripts now as your first 2 are usually free at your CC, if not I would rush it because you might be out of time and this usually costs about $5. High school transcripts are used for IGETC certification if you are using your high school foreign language to satisfy that. It should say on your MyUCLA whether or not they are required for them as well because you might have AP scores or other stuff on an individual basis.

shoot…we need high school transcripts sent to UCLA by June 1st too…i’m using foreign language i took in hs for igetc…should i send it now or by july 15???

no, you need high school transcripts for your community college, they will use your officials to certify the foreign language portion of your IGETC, do not send them to ucla.
