<p>I am pretty positive they do/did. When I applied I used this to my advantage and you should too. Do amazing in all of your courses and it truly does make a difference on your application. Best of luck!</p>

<p>But yes, I think even if you're applying early, colleges see those grades. But I guess your counselor would send them in after they're available.</p>
<p>First semester senior grades matter a lot! It counts in your GPA and colleges WILL look at them. If you apply ED and are deferred, then one major deciding factor will be your senior grades. It's your last chance to leave an impression on colleges. Don't make the mistake of giving up before first semester ends!!</p>
