Senior grades for "Top Schools"

I already know senior grades matter to an extent and for different circumstances.
My weighted GPA is above a 4.4 and 4.6 for 10-11 and my unweighted gpa is about 3.9
Will 2 B's, on a senior transcript that presents 8 grades for the first semester, pretty much destroy my chances at top colleges? I know that for each person it differs but I'm applying to some ivy leagues for RD and am worried that I just threw myself out the window.

Maybe I'm just freaking out.

Thanks

Top schools are looking for interesting students to add to their incoming classes, not perfect ones. If everything else adds up, two Bs are not going to disqualify anyone. If it doesn’t add up, all the A+s in the world won’t get you in.
