senior grades

I was curious as to how often or how much the admissions officers take a look at first semester grades during the review process. I am aware that they look at final transcripts to make sure there isnt any F grades but how often do they ask for mid year reports for students during the admissions office and if so, how much does it impact the decision?

My counselors arent sending my midyear reports. I think they just look at the final ones, dont look at senior grades.

actually,
we have to send our final transcript to uw, if you were admitted, and yes, they do look at your senior grades as well.
my cousin got accepted to uw and he was all excited about it that he slacked off during his senior year. later he got a letter from uw saying that they were disappointed at him, but was going to give him another chance. so DO NOT fail your senior classes.

Just don’t slack off from all A’s to C’s or something. And don’t drop your classes or fail them. If you drop them because of some reason tell the admissions office asap, etc.
