senior schedule

i have always taken as many AP classes as possible, but this year has been SO difficult because my schedule is so tight and the counselors are having a hard time changing things

ap gov
ap comp/lit (want to drop this for regular pre college writing, but it wont fit!)
ap physics
calculus (wanted ap but it wont fit)
ap spanish
one semester art/ one semester of health or a random class just for graduatin requirements

my transcript shows my strength is in math/science, so should i dont want to take ap comp but im kind of stuck in it, is this an okay schedule? will it be okay that im not taking ap calculus? i know these things never work out perfectly so im counting on colleges to see that. thanks a lot!

that's ok... i feel your pain. i'm taking 5 ap classes this year. yes your schedule is fine

Important: Make sure your college counselor mentions in his recommendation letter your unavoidable scheduling conflicts, and how they prevented you from taking AP Calculus. Colleges understand that these things can happen.

thanks, thats a good point!
