senior schedules

<p>what classes are you taking for your senior year?
mine is:
AP calc AB
AP gov/econ
AP psych
Orchestra
English 12
physics/AP physics
Oh btw does anyone have any suggestions to take ap physics or just take regular. I feel like taking regular will make colleges see that I'm slacking off or around those lines.
Anyway, how's your senior schedule?</p>

<p>epic fail.=D</p>

<p>I have:
Assistant Hour
Independent Study for Art
AP Bio
PE
AP Calc AB
Independent Study for Yearbook
AP Lit.</p>

<p>Our school only offers five AP classes, and I took AP History and AP Lang. last year. If we had more, they probably would have been on my schedule.</p>

<p>I have… (senioritis): </p>

<p>This semester:
AP Prob and Stats
Spanish IV
Independent Study- Ancient Civilizations
Math Lab Tutor
Computer Apps
Honors Humanities II</p>

<p>The easiest schedule on CC? I do believe so, yes. :)</p>

<p>Take AP if you like math/science. Take regular if you don’t.</p>

<p>This semester:
Calculus
Physics
Comp. Forensics
Health
French 5
Spanish 4
Spanish 5

<p>what’d you mean epic fail :(</p>

<p>sr year:
english 4
functions/statistics/trig
spanish 3
broadcast journalism
video pro 4
environmental science ap</p>

<p>OP- Taking AP Physics will look “better” to colleges, but honestly, you’d be crazy taking AP Physics if you haven’t taken regular Physics (non-AP) first.</p>

<p>^ap physics b is very much manageable without any prior knowledge of physics…idk about physics C.</p>

<p>AP Statistics
AP Government
AP Macroeconomics
AP Microeconomics
AP Biology
AP Biology Lab Seminar
Symphonic Band
AP Literature and Composition</p>

<p>There is a huge difference between AP Ohysics C and B, AP Physics C revolves solely around Calculus, so if you are a taking AP Calc ass a co requisite then i would take C, but if you arent then take AP Physics B or regular physics. if i were you i would strongly push for your school to offer a honors physics class, because regular could be too easy, by AP Physics is known as one of the hardest AP courses.</p>

<p>^ your kinda overdoing it dont you think?</p>

<p>what classes are you taking for your senior year?
If I can’t get early admissions into the local community college, my schedule will look like this:
AP Physics C

Anatomy and Physiology Hon</p>

<p>for senior year (provided the scheduling works out) i have:
AP Biology
AP Calculus BC
AP Psychology
AP English
Latin IV (AP Latin Virgil as a self-study)
Chinese II</p>

<p>if everything works out, i should have:</p>

<p>AP Calc BC
AP English Lit
AP Spanish Language
French III
AP Economics/DC Humanities
Independent Research [aka national history day]
AP Art History</p>

<p>Hopefully:</p>

<p>IB English IV
IB 20th Century Topics
IB Physics II
IB Spanish
AP/IB Chemistry
AP/IB Environmental Science
IB Theory of Knowledge
Calculus III
Differential Equations
Linear Algebra</p>

<p>Physics

<p>Pretty rigorous.</p>

<p>I’m a senior right now.</p>

<p>Honors English

<p>Er…</p>

<p>Indep. Projs. in Comp. Sci. (sem1) / Gym (sem2)

AP Physics C
AP Chemistry
AP English Literature
Linear Algebra (sem1) / Discrete Math (sem2)</p>

<p>Currently a sophomore but I love these threads</p>

<p>(Projected senior schedule, with fingers and toes crossed…we’ll see what really happens)</p>

<p>Independent Study in Physics (Quantum Mechanics)
Astrophysics
Galaxies and Cosmology
Independent Math Study (Real Analysis)
Independent Math Study (Complex Analysis)
Independent Math Study (Modern Algebra)
Research in Chemistry
Research in Physics
Organic Chemistry
AP Biology
AP Computer Science A
Western Civilization I
Western Civilization II
Western Civilization III
Classical Piano
Senior Student Life
Work Service</p>

<p>Then I’d probably either do an independent philosophy course or teach one. (Possibly on being out of one’s mind.)</p>

<p>AP Physics B (hear it’s a joke but the teacher sucks and everyone fails the AP exam)
AP English Lit (hear it’s tough)
AP Calc BC (hopefully this is easy, I’m in AB right now)
AP Economics
psychology, desktop publishing, computer apps, advanced computer apps (semester electives)
archery (meets like 2 days a week)/ some other gym elective</p>

<p>Overall next year should be pretty easy without the additional time I would be spending lifting and practicing for football. Yo do you guys with like 10 classes listed have all of those all year?</p>
