Senior year classes

Hi. I’m currently a Junior in HS and I’m debating whether if I should take AICE Bio or IGCSE Physics. When I go to college I want to major in Psychology and then go to med school. For pre-med I know I need to take both biology and physics but people have told me that taking AICE Bio would help me more. The thing is I do want to take AICE Bio but I want to have a prior understanding in Physics before taking that class during college. I might take them both but so far the classes I’m choosing for next year are the following:

AICE English 12, AICE Psychology, AP Statistics, AP Government, AICE Bio/IGCSE Physics, and Economic and Finance.

They are hard classes except for E&F. I heard taking two science classes is not a good idea so I’m really worried.

I also want to add the colleges I’m aiming for which are VCU, UVA, Virginia Tech, Johns Hopkins, UNC-Charlotte, University of San Francisco, and Penn State. Of course all of them required college prep classes. Currently I’m taking 4 AICE classes and it is my first time because during Freshman and Sophomore year I could not take advanced classes because I was still on ESOL. (I’m Hispanic and I came to the US before starting freshman year) I’ve been working hard, though, my GPA is only 3.76 because my freshman year was really hard and so is this year so far.

Any suggestions please? I would really appreciate it. Thanks beforehand!
