Senior Year Courses

I am having trouble deciding what courses to take next year, as there is very little leeway in my schedule.
Here are my two options:

1

AP Lit
AP Calc
AP Spanish
Gov/ Econ
Physiology
ASB (Leadership)
Advanced Journalism

2

AP Lit
AP Calc
AP Art History
Gov/ Econ
Physiology
ASB
Advanced Journalism

My decision is AP Spanish or AP art history. I really want to do AP Art History, but have taken Spanish throughout high school and think it will look good if I keep going. I can’t take both because I don’t have any more periods. What I would really like to do is take both but not take science, however, I only have two years of lab science so I am not sure if that’s the safest option. Thoughts? I would love some help!

What do you plan to major in at college? Regardless of college, take the course that makes you happy. Don’t take a course just because of college.

I plan on majoring in something humanities-related, such as political science or history. I do love Spanish though, which makes this difficult, but definitely leaning towards art-history.

  1. Colleges like if you get through the 4th level of a language. I assume you have taken Spanish 4 already. So you can check that one off if you want.
  2. What science are you taking? Have you taken Bio, Chem and Physics?
