Senior year extracurriculars? Help!

So I'm completely unsure of what I want to do as an extracurricular activity for my senior year. I've thought about doing Robotics (which I've done for two years but I really don't like the mentors, but it would be a leadership role), hockey, job shadowing at a local bank (financial services is what I'd like to go into), and some other things like key club and just volunteering in general for a local retirement center

My question is, which one would look best on a college application? And also, do colleges look at senior year EC's as intensely? Also, what would you recommend?
Thanks in advance!

College like some consistency and depth. So there is a lot to be said for sticking with things you have already started and doing them more in-depth or expanding on them. Job shadowing doesn’t go on a college application – you can do it to see if you are really interested in a specific career, but it is meaningless to colleges (so it isn’t really an EC).

Regarding Robotics – do you like the actual activity? Could you change roles next year to make it more interesting(maybe you could try helping with programming or CAD design or something if you haven’t in the past)?
