I'm currently a senior in high school and i have a problem that i'm not sure if i should be worried about. So first semester i got a +3.0 weighted/unweighted gpa. so i know i atleast meet any of the uc requirements for that. but now in second semester, i'm worried that i might get a weighted gpa lower than 3.0. basically i have C's in 2 AP classes, C in my spanish class, and 2 other A's, i fear one of those A's might slip to a B by the end of the semester. SO i'm basically asking; for UCR do you need a weighted 3.0 GPA by the end of the year, or do you just need to avoid getting D's and F's to avoid getting rescinded? i'm just not sure. Please, someone help me.

Did you weigh those AP classes? Wouldn’t those C’s be B’s instead, if so, then your good.

you only need to pass each of your classes with a C or better, I don’t think senior year GPA matters much. email admissions if you’re worried but they might tell you the same thing.
