Senior Year: Not sure what to take

Okay, well...let me start with this year's courses.

1st:Academic English 11
2nd:Chemistry
3rd:Pre-Calculus
4th:Study Hall
5th:AP US History
6th:Japanese III
7th:Chinese II

Now, I can do a number of things next year...but I'm really confused about what exactly I should do...see, I need ONE more science class, but no more maths. So...I have a couple options:

Definite:

AP English 12 (should have taken AP this year... :()

Mass Media (Been wanting that elective for a while)

DE Government (takes up 6th and 7th period)

Chinese III

Options:

AP Physics online

AP Calculus online

Environmental Science (regular)

Now...my problem? I don't want to take either of these...but I HAVE to take one of the sciences. Enviro is the retard easy class, it's the lazy Seniors (who take Chem Junior year, like me) and the "dumb"/scared Juniors (who aren't ready for Chem or have heard the horror stories and backed off)

As an A Honor Roll student, I'm expected to move on to Physics, but usually, it would be DE Physics, which I won't have time for because of DE Gov. My only other choice is AP Physics online, a new class they're adding for next year...

I don't want to take Physics period...especially online, since I've had no prerequisite Physics Class ('cause there isn't one)...so I'm wary...

But personally, I don't want my colleges to think I'm slacking off or have senioritis.

Personally, I don't want to take Calc either. I HATE math, and I always have and always will. The only math I remotely enjoyed was Geometry.

So basically...I have a few choices here:

No math and Enviro

AP Calc online and Enviro

No math and AP Physics online

What should I do? Just take Enviro? Will my colleges really care? I think they will...well, I fear they will, not that it will do anything to my admissions if I'm already accepted, as long I keep A's...right? ><

Anyway for you td;lr people:

I don't want to seem like I'm slacking off, but I really don't want to Physics or Calc...

Help me decide, please? ;-;

I need help guys. :(

Please? :(

Ah...

You hate both math AND physics?? -_-
Is the AP Physics B or C? If it's B, definitely take it. Not much math involved there :)
If it's C...eh...I'd say take AP Calc (as long as it AB - that's the easy portion :D)

I think colleges know by now that Enviro. Science is a joke.

I have no clue whether it's B or C...I have no idea about Calc either...They don't tell us. The course descriptions I get are "AP Physics" and "AP Calc" and I doubt my GC would know the difference if I asked her...

Yeah, my school sucks that bad.

If I find out it's B, I'll take it. But I won't find out until schedule time...which should be coming up soon actually...it's usually end of Feb to beginning of March. I'll probably have to make them check to see... >>

Anyone else?

I'm a bit biased but here's my take:
TAKE WHAT YOU'RE INTERESTED IN.

I am currently a senior, and took only environmental science and AP Prob and stats because I hate math and science. Instead, I chose to focus on foreign language, history, and English because those are my passions. I still got accepted to top schools. Colleges don't want you to take courses because they look good, they want you to take what you are interested in. It's your senior year, you're going to want to take classes that are really interesting and challenging, not classes that leave you bored and with tedious homework.

Hope that helps.

Well, yes, I know that. That's what I've been doing for the past three years.

I'll still have challenging classes, I'm just wondering if AP Calc or Physics will benefit me in any way.

If not, then there's really not much of a point taking them.

What do you want to do in college/life? Unless you want to go into a science or math, calc and physics will do nothing for you.

So there's no point? Good, then I'll pass. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't making a critical error.
