Senior Year online AP classes or self-study?

Hi everyone,
I know that this question might have been asked before but I have researched before and I have been unable to find an answer yet. Currently I am a senior in a small high school with 8 AP classes. One of these is AP Art, which I have no talent/interest in. The other is AP Spanish, which I wanted to take but there were scheduling conflicts.
This leaves me with 6 APS. Prior to senior year, I did not know that I could self-study AP classes. So now in senior year (I am currently taking 2 Ap Classes), I don't know if i should self study/take online AP classes. Here are my options:
1. Stick with the two APS.
2. Self study a few APs such as Chemistry/ Psych/Env Sci/ Human Geography (these are all very interesting too) and I want to go into medicine in the future (btw, my school does not offer AP Chem or AP Physics, only AP Bio, which I took and scored a 5 on the AP Test).
3. Take the same classes online and send one semester's transcript to colleges in my college application.
4. Do the same but send my transcripts while turning in my senior year transcripts (which I will get in January. Which of these is the best option?

Thank you so much!
