Senior Year Scheduling: 4th year of Honors language or another AP?

Hi I've been lurking around for a while and I need some help in terms of selecting my senior year courses. So far my course-load is looking like this:

Widener Engineer (College Course; Professor comes in from Widener University)
AP Comp Sci JVLA
AP Eng 4 World Lit

AP Physics
AP Calculus (AB & BC)
Hon Theo 4 (mandatory)
Honors French 4

I trying to decide between taking French 4 (AP is not available) or replacing it with AP Stat. I plan on majoring in Biochemical Engineering or Computer Science, so the Statistics course would benefit me more in terms of being prepared for college. However, since my schedule is primarily math and science based, the language course would make me more "well-rounded." My dream school is Penn, and while they do not require a fourth year they do recommend it. Any advice? Thanks!

Also, Honors courses are our school's track 1. They don't call it seminar as our local public high school does.

Honors French, definitely. AP Stats is seen as an ‘easy AP’, and colleges like to see four years of language.
