I give in.

Senioritis has a bad rap. I think it's less about becoming lazy and more about realigning priorities.

Big, bad world, here we come!

i agree with sammie. i do not believe in senoritis. i think that people choose to believe in it and therefore begin to develop the symptoms.

i am a senior by the way and i would admit i am just lazy...

i got osgood-schlatter disease

I'm with you brother

I'd help you find a cure if I wasn't infected myself.

I don't like it. Just because the teachers keep piling it on and I am just like, please no.

One of my friends in college told me this, and I really think it's true:

"Senioritis is a good thing. It means you're emotionally and intelectually ready to go to college and you're not hanging on to high school as your 'glory days' anymore."

Take solace in the fact that you're almost done, and that senioritis is a GOOD thing!

my teacher said he got senioritis today for the first time in his 14 years of teaching... its super contagious

I love senioritis.

best time of my life!

y cant teachers understand we just dont care anymore and we're ready to get out of high school and to college?
stop piling the work! its pointless!

I just thought of something that I think is funny:

the ending -itis usually denotes inflammation right? So all this time, we've been saying that we're "inflamed seniors??"

hahahah ... looks around...hears crickets...stops laughing .... :/

Somni -- I have osgood-schlatters too!!

-itis means "Inflammation or disease of" according to dictionary.com so it doesn't necessarily mean 'inflamed seniors' it can mean 'disease of the seniors,' which makes sense.
