Sent an email, but no response after more than 2 weeks

Hi guys,
I sent an email to Yale through this link: http://admissions.yale.edu/questions more than 2 weeks ago, but still have not received a response from them. Should I be worried? Should I send a follow-up email just to make sure they received it? If I do, should I use the same link, or should I send it directly to the admissions office / regional ad com?
Thanks!

Emails to admission offices are usually answered the next day. So must have gotten lost in the shuffle. Resend to the original email address.

How important was the email? If it was about a missing or extraneous comma in one of your essays, then don’t bother. If it was about a name discrepancy with your testing and it’s not showing up on your Eli Account, you should resend. You can always just email it directly to apply.questions@yale.edu instead of going through the link.

Generally speaking, Yale only replies to emails from people who they are realistically considering for admission. If they are not responding, they may have already ruled you out for consideration. What are your ECs? :bz

@Oxford69‌ :something tells me that is not correct?

@Oxford69, I see that you’re continuing to spread your sunshine wherever you go. I’m not allowed to call you what you are.

@RunningForLife‌ , follow the other recommendations made to you.

@RunningForLife: May I suggest you telephone Yale Admissions and speak with an AO, as that would seem to be the most expedient way to get an immediate answer to your question.

@Oxford69 Your comment does conjur up a mildly amusing vision of admissions staff getting an e-mail and then consulting the double top secret database to see where that applicant currently stands before responding or not.
For that matter, it wouldn’t be long before an automated mail program would be able to do that independently, forwarding or canning mail as it deemed appropriate.
“Ugh…not much chance on this one…trash…”
“Hmmmm…not too bad…answer on Friday…if time allows.”
“Wow…impressive…reply immediately.”

Everything is automated now…alas, the days of the actual squirtle!

hi @runningforlife I sent an email a couple of days ago too and haven’t gotten a reply either! Did you eventually just call them instead? I am an international student so I’m not sure if I do call what number to use exactly? :-/
