<p>A little late but word of advice for future applicants about the phone interviews. They were pretty short and more behavioral rather than technical - leadership, teamwork, your resume, etc. They do expect you to do stuff about the program but if you don’t, they’re pretty lenient and will tell you how to do more research for the in-person interviews.</p>
