no change^
^

^^^ I had that same argument with myself. If “In addition” is added, it would create a fragment.

No I’m pretty sure it was no change, you just need to keep the grammar in line with the rest of the list.

Did everyone get something along the lines the bikes “should be equipped” with bumpers.

anybody applying to BS/MD programs? Do you guys know if taking the october 23 ACT’s is acceptable for november 1st deadline?

yeah , it was “could be equipped”

Seniors 2011!!! This is my 4th ACT…

Does anyone remember a question where the answer was “An?”

@ optimistic, the original writing was “separate lane for bikes” but i changed it to something like “wide highway, separate lanes for bikes” because it fit better with the following sentences

What was the answer to the one that had the underline after two hyphens. Some of the choices were “will be”, “have been”, “were”, and “are”. Does anyone remember?

@soccer, was that the one that had “Moreover” as one of the choices? If so, then that was the answer.

Yes billabong. It was “could be equipped” but yea you got the right idea.

there was a question to which the answer was “is”. It was in the rice growing passage.

Did the Shakespeare have no comma?

^Yes it was no comma.

yea no comma.

the answer: are

I must have missed that answer. At first I saw eight foot wide, separate highway, bike stops… and I thought that since eight foot wide is modifying separate highway, the list can’t continue with just commas.

^Ahh, I didn’t put moreover. Thinking about it now I suppose you could start the sentence with “An” even though that would make it have no connection to the preceding sentence. Anyone else put “An?”

^it was definitely morever.

^nope. The answer was moreover.

All of the transitional words were similar minus moreover. There were “However”, “Even so”, “An”, and “Moreover”. Moreover means in addition to what was previously said. Yeahhhh, it was moreover.

wasn’t the answer were?

Yepp, it was forsure moreover.
