@farfarawaykontes @idkwhatIwanttobe I am an international, but I did not take that form
really i thought that there were just two forms where did you take the test
@farfarawaykontes yeah I thought so, but now I suspect they change test form for each timezone
hmm that makes sense
Was anyone actually able to get the last math question on 73D in the time limit and not skip an insane amount of questions?
were you able to finish science section on time @idkwhatIwanttobe
I think I missed around 15 on science…
But I’m pretty confident that I got above 30 on the rest of the sections. Science is usually okay for me but this time, I didn’t know anything and I was constantly second guessing myself and changing answers. I know for a fact I missed more than 10. And this is my last time taking the ACT
@TheWaffleMan149 I had 73D and I finished the math section. Although, I skipped/guessed on 3-5 questions.
@TheWaffleMan149 I also had the form 73D and I didn’t have time to even read the last math question. So I guessed on that and also guessed on 2 other problems before that.
if your form was 70D i can totally relate science was crazy @koboko
@Dylan197 @SATsRuinLife the time limit was just not enough
English was really easy this time. Math was easy except for the last 15 questions which were pretty hard. Reading and science were HARD! What do you guys think?
Moderator’s note: You cannot discuss specific questions.
@maaz97 which form did you have?
(I had form 73D)
English-Pretty easy, some tricky questions
Math- First ~25 were pretty easy, everything else was brutal and I uhh…guessed on a lot for that last half.
Reading- I hated comparing the two passages. I felt they were really confusing to read and answer questions about. But the next three were okay. The science one was easiest.
Science: A LOT of information all at once, not as hard as the April 2015 ACT. The fighting scientists section at the end was actually the easiest for me, anyway. Usually on the practice tests, they get me.
Did anyone else notice that the essay portion said “forty” instead of “fourty”?
Do you guys think that ACT is upping the difficulty due to score inflation? Everyone I know found the math to be painfully difficult and the test overall to be harder than usual.
Reading was rough yo
Did anyone notice the typo on the English test in one of the passages? It said “her find” (or something like that) instead of “her findings”.
What did you think of the new essay format?
